137 days pregnant and what a kick!

Just finished watching Where the Wild Things Are with my mom and husband, Amer and I’m not quite sure what to make of it. It was sweet, confusing, sad and a bit frustrating at times. Weren’t all these people in his imagination? If so, then why couldn’t they get along? I guess if you’re like most people, you can’t even conceive of a normal family in your mind.

We had our 5th ultrasound today. This time we not only confirmed that the baby is a girl, we got a 3D shot of her face! Pic is below, it’s such a trip. Not sure who she takes after just yet. I see myself but then it might be that I want to see myself in her. Either way, it’s really cool to finally have an idea of what our child looks like other than a weird grainy black and white blur.

The good part is, when we were in the OB/GYN’s office, I felt the baby kick. There was no doubt about it. I felt it. Thank goodness, it wasn’t just gas, I have a baby that moves!
